SECURITY

Should you decide to acquire our services you will have the comfort of knowing that both your information as well as your financial interests are secure.

Protection of information received from a client is based on article 3 point 3 of the statute of July 6th 1982 on Counsellors at Law (Dz.U. z 2002r. Nr 123, poz. 1059 with amendments) according to which a counsellor at law is bound to hold secret any and all information received from a client while providing legal services for that client. That duty applies to any and all situations in which such an information might be disclosed including proceedings in front of state authorities. Moreover our law firm utilizes modern and advanced technologies to ascertain that data passed on to us by our clients is secure. In addition to that provisions of the Ethics Code for Counsellors at Law (articles 20-22) include special procedures regarding how a counselor at law should act whenever a conflict of interest might arise between two or more of his clients which makes it impossible to use information received from a client to that client's detriment.

Financial security is provided by article 227 of the statute on Counsellors at Law, according to which a counsellor at law is bound to have an insurance from personal liability lawsuits with regard to damages which might arise while providing legal services. Still a professional level of services provided by counsellors at law is guaranteed by article 27 point 1 of the Ethics Code for Counsellors at Law which prohibits a counsellor at law from taking a case unless that counsellor possesses necessary knowledge or experience for providing legal services in that case.
